FAQ

Items that ship via free freight service require a business address with loading dock or fork lift. Item can also be picked up from your the carrier's freight terminal (generally your closest major airport)

Liftgate service, which is required for all palleted shipments going to an address without a loading dock or forklift, is an additional $50.

Residential delivery, which includes liftgate service is $100.

During checkout, you will be prompted to add liftgate service or residential freight. Please ensure to make the proper selection for your address to avoid shipping delays!

We do! However AK and HI require custom shipping quotes and do not qualify for free shipping. Please contact us for a shipping quote!

We use all major carriers (Fedex, UPS, USPS)

Freight shipments are primarily handled by a variety of carriers.

Most items we sell are eligible for return within 30 days!

There are some exceptions, including items shipped via freight service, items designated "for parts or repair only" and electrical items. Items that are not eligible for return will clearly state this in the item's description

Our gift cards never expire!

Orders shipped via ground service will arrive in 1-5 business days. 

Orders shipped via Freight vary, taking 5-10 business days on average.
